This firm is very disorganized and I avoid them when I can (not always possible depending on the management in your building). They do not return phone calls. Rather than say they are busy, they simply ignore you so you wait and wait and wait until you find out that they have no intention of coming to do the repair. (I have been waiting since late November for them to fix my radiator). I have been living here for more than ten years and have had experience with them at least three times. I asked them to install a kitchen (moved from a different apartment) and by the time the work was done (a couple of hours later), the price was double! I avoid this company. The only reason they get 3 stars is because I think they are nice guys and because the main problem is that everyone thinks this kind of "customer service" is normal around here and so they accept it.Tread carefully.
Wir sind mit der Arbeit sehr zufrieden! Die Firma konnte uns spontan sogar am nchsten Tag schon einen Mitarbeiter zur Verfgung stellen und hat uns damit sehr geholfen. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hat seine Arbeit bis jetzt sehr gut gemacht. Ich empfehle die Firma Leser gerne weiter.
